Challenge
Naava, a company specializing in smart green walls that improve indoor air quality, sought to launch its first brand campaign, "Bring Nature’s Air Inside." The goal was to create a visually compelling campaign that would convey Naava’s mission and highlight their innovative products in a way that resonated with both consumers and corporate clients. The challenge was to develop a campaign that balanced the company's focus on technology and nature while making an emotional connection with the audience.

Solution
As the head of video production and cinematographer, I led the creation of three distinct films, each designed to capture Naava’s unique products and brand ethos in a cinematic style. Filmed in Finland’s Northern Lapland and the capital city of Helsinki, the campaign beautifully merged natural landscapes with urban environments, emphasizing Naava’s mission to bring the benefits of nature indoors. In addition to the cinematic films, I produced three short-form, interview-style videos that featured personal insights and testimonials, adding depth and authenticity to the brand’s story. These interviews highlighted Naava’s commitment to improving well-being through air quality, providing a personal touch to the campaign.

Results
The "Bring Nature’s Air Inside" campaign successfully introduced Naava’s brand to a wider audience, creating a strong visual identity and reinforcing their position as a leader in smart green wall technology. The campaign's cinematic approach, paired with the personal stories, helped build emotional connections with viewers, elevating both Naava’s brand awareness and consumer engagement.

The project was brought to life by a dedicated team of 13 professionals, each bringing their expertise to various aspects of production. The filming took place in two distinctive locations.

Lapland: The northern region of Finland provided a stunning backdrop for parts of the campaign, offering unique natural scenery that enhanced the visual appeal of the videos.

Helsinki: Contrasting Lapland's natural landscapes, Helsinki's urban environment offered a diverse visual palette, adding a dynamic and modern feel to the campaign.
