After the Fuse 1 & Sift 3D printers launched, Sales was facing a specific challenge. While customers were excited about the first accessible SLS printer on the market, they needed to understand the complex internal mechanics & workflow without being physically present. To bridge this gap, we translated the hardware into a self guided interactive experience where prospects could explore the inside of the system.

As Creative Lead & Interactive Designer, I helped Product Marketing, Sales, & the Web team showcase the products in a way that customers could actually explore. Conceptualized the experience, planned the content system, & designed the user journey so prospects could navigate the Fuse 1 & Sift step by step. Prototyped hotspot interactions, directed motion & 3D component reveals, & managed the cross functional delivery to ensure the tool was easily used in live sales demos & on the site.
