As the company operates between heavy engineering & future-facing energy innovation, the brand needed a unified visual voice that could communicate technical precision while staying human-centered across diverse global markets.

Joined the Central Marketing Brand team as a Brand Specialist then Senior Brand Specialist to help unify and modernize Wärtsilä’s global brand identity, moving the organization from fragmented visual efforts toward a cohesive, scalable system.

By utilizing expertise in media development, led some brand initiatives as a project manager and creative partner, aligning stakeholders around clear Brand DNA and improving consistency across major touchpoints. Strengthened creative operations by refining workflows, mapping out competitor approaches, and managing external creative vendors to enable efficient, high-quality delivery across international markets.
